I'm just back from a Alabang - Balayan - Alabang trip about 224km. Have to say, redline in 2nd to 3rd is something everyone reading this would love and enjoy..

the 210 rwhp is not enough to scare me but enough to scare the probincial trike.

love this car.

now working on eradicating the various vibrations, buzzzes and hums. lots to do.

while reading this short story it makes me feel driving my 86 more and more:burnrubber: 

What are the quirks of the kit? I read a lot about the Vortech kit's issues. Any issues to note about the innovate?

the only issue with the Innovate kit was the screws they use to connect the blower plate to the manifold. some had to be changed, very minor.

other than that it's all good.

not sure if this is the SC, power band or Nameless axleback but around 3k rpm, some new rear interior vibrations showed up. Not major but will insulate, dynamat as necessary.

A new tunnel connecting Nasugbu to Cavite was opened last July. You follow the road to Caylabne Beach Resort but before you get there you make a left.

I was there a few few years earlier when it was still being constructed. Should make for an interesting trip.

talaga?! I thought that was just a myth. a few years ago I drove from Nasugbu to the end of the road Past Tali, Pico, etc. and looked up at Mt. Palay and said, "they're going to need a tunnel".

exciting that it's done, will check it out soon and report.

@Alabang 86,

You should definitely try it out. The six kilometer stretch has nicely paved roads and relatively mild twisties and the sound of the exhaust echoes nicely in the tunnel. Not much tricycles for you to scare off but dogs and other animals crossing the road is another matter. If you want to make the ride more exciting, go there at night as the roads have no lighting yet.

Hi.

I just got my BRZ but will part with it for another 3-4 weeks before I get it again.

From Subaru GH straight to the garage.

I am not a technical person when it comes to car terms so I hope I can learn from you.

Thanks.

@WhitePlainsBRZ
Went to Atoys for my ducktail yesterday and saw your BRZ's fenders being torched. Tonton of Atoys showed me what the final look will be... Rocket Bunny ver 2 FTW!

Hope I get to see the actual finish product in 3-4 weeks time once it's ready.

I salute you Bro :thumbsup: :bow:

Hats off to you @WhitePlainsBRZ. Takes a lot of guts to have a brand new car cut up.
