The Opti-Coat/Guard Thread
 

Hello fellow members.

as my arrival date draws closer so too is the need for a paint protector to protect the lustre of that tornado grey.

i have discovered with a few members and some vendors that we are getting huge disparities in prices for this wonderful coating.

can members please post how they went about it getting it done either at the dealer or was done at their house...

price expectancies:
general observations in paint condition when landed:
dealer cleaned or leave un cleaned:
time:
any colour correction:
end price:

etc etc..

i feel as more cars land we will see alot of people opting for this treatment.

i just get the feeling owners in WA are getting gouged due to a lack of vendors here.

this can also be a good thread for vendors as well.

awww if u were in sydney, i would definitely recommend frank @ bright shine, he has phenomenal experience with opti-coating, excellent past dealing profile and great friend as well ;)
