I’m looking for advice on how to make a carbon fiber/fiber glass functional spoiler

I have a 2018 BRZ with Drambeenie risers.
I want to make a custom spoiler which will bolt to the risers under the factory wing, and use the center bolt in the factory wing.

Think of a large Gurney flap/NASCAR spoiler that fills the void between the trunk lid and the OEM wing.

Any and all tips accepted.
