No more FR-S

so today is my birthday. tomorrow is the day im supposed to get my FR-S. this morning i was with my girlfriend going home and i was taking the 5 north to the 55. while on the 5 i signaled to change lanes and as i saw it was clear i changed lanes only to then hit a damn dresser sitting on the freeway. in front of me was an old sentra and a camaro. after checking my blind spot and changed lanes i saw both cars swerving trying to avoid something so i tried to prepare myself but swerved right a little too late. the front left corner of my bumper was dented in =( nothing severe but still kinda bad. so i gotta get it replaced AND have to wait more to get my FR-S.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!:mad0260:

Do people not get the concept of ropes/bungees? I once almost hit a freggin toilet on the freeway...yeah a toilet. Heres to safer travels to you in the future.

On top of our terrible roads, now it's becoming an obstacle course. That really sucks to here, but I'm glad to hear that you're alright and that the car wasn't too heavily damaged.

Its the fking people with trucks who haul their entire house in the trunk bed.

I think those guys need to be ticketed. So damn stupid. I've seen giant lift plates that have fallen off and dropped on the freeway. Shit could kill someone.

Tell me about it... I failed to avoid a piece of plywood in my way last night.

Sorry to hear about your story, bro. Hope you get your ride soon!

Wait, you hit a DRESSER on the FREEWAY and it only dented your bumper? Did you barely kiss it? I read the original post and expected to hear the car was totaled in an explosion of splinters and underwear...

oh i know right?? i hit it with the corner of the bumper going about 70mph. it didnt sound like much at all. i pull over to check and then the corner driver side of the bumper was smashed in. ill post a pic of it later. im glad nothing else happened and no one else was hit it. i hope everyone behind me saw and was able to avoid it.
