Looking for some help with my turn signal.

Prior to my inspections, I could not figure out why but my turn signal would work however the dual filament wouldn’t come on as a running light as does the other side. After my inspection, the shop fixed the issue so that both sides now work as a running light, but now the turn signal doesn’t work from the same side. Checked connections and it’s all secured with no pinched wires.

If anyone has an idea or a how to troubleshoot please let me know
