dealer decided to rush my five axis kit install now im without a car till next week.

so the title says it all, after 7 weeks of waiting for my raven five axis body kit.I am left in dissapointment, it came in on wendsday, and I left the car for install on thurday, got the call today that it was complete.I rushed to the dealer to view what I had waited so long for. As I walked around the car my anger meeter rose to its limits, first of all, they set the drivers side side skirt to low leaving separation between the side skirt and the fender not to mention an obvious diffrence between both sides,my gf even noticed, my front lip had a chip of paint come off near the wheel well, and also paint was chipped on the rear pieces near the exaust. also they didnt even install the tein springs the kit came with. im so dissapointed with this dealer, the sad thing is this is my 3rd car purchase from them.
they tried to tell me that it was a five ad error wich i knew it wasnt, saying to take the car while they ordered a new side skirt witch could take up to 4 weeks.I imediatley called five ad talked to young wich has been so helpfull with me durring this whole dillema, he stated it was a dealer error which i absolutley believe. I had a talk with my sales guy, and said I would not take the car until all repairs are made.and my springs were installed. it sucks when you can not rely on a tech to do his job in the correct manner. north park toyota of san antonio you have a huge thumbs down in my book. I say good day to you nptsa.

that really sucks ! I hope mine will go fine like u I'm waiting on mine too over 2.5 months

yes, mine was the first one they have ever done, but that is no excuse for not following the instructions provided by five axis.

As I understand from five axis, the delay was due to color matching and also revising the installation instructions so the dealers don't run into these issues ...

i had no problem with waiting at all, I just wish this wouldnt of happend, I have lost all confidence in having the dealer do anything to my car.

Dealership customer service when posed with a fail on their behalf... non-existent. Let's just say I feel your pain. Make sure your installing dealer fixes it.
