I saw this and had to share it, this would be the perfect man cave to me, only think missing is a small room for a bed so you'd never have to leave

There was another link somewhere in there that showed around how much, they go from 39k up to 99K, and then of course depending on how you design it will be more, and since it's used as a storage unit, there's only a 1% tax on it
