I don't see the comparison to Buick taillights. They are very similar to the ends of the Yaris GR taillights

The sti version looks sick. Not sure how I’m going to navigate driveways or speed bumps with all the aero.

I think Toyota played a significant role in the interior design.

Yeah, me too. But only the interior. The exterior, meh, not so much. Still like the current first-gen car's curvaceous body better.

Ugh...the more I see it, the more I hate it.

It’s really growing on me. After the initial photos...wasn’t sure. But the more third party photos/videos I see of the exterior, the more I like it. My preference for Gen 1 likely has to do with familiarity more than anything. But as Jonny Lieberman once said about the WRX, I think it’s a mess and in three years I’ll think it’s pretty good looking. Still very curious to see the 86 version.

It took 4 years for me to warm up to the current gen's styling, but i already like the new one. It's equally as curvaceous, I don't mind losing the front fender bumps which were in no way functional, the more subtle but shapely front fenders on the '22 look great, and she still has hips. Lookin good...
