P0453 and P1449 CEL code
 

hi, all:


been getting P0453 and P1449 codes constantly. have to reset it at least once a day. Been having the codes for the past thousand miles. Both codes almost always (a few times it won't) show up together. thanks.

Google suggests that you check the wiring and connections running to the EVAP pressure sensor and/or FTP sensor.

Think back a 1,000 miles and think about what you did to your car then.

My money is on a bad connection.
