Tail as Turn for 17+ models Diode Dynamics
 

Is there talk from Diode Dynamics for a tail as turn module for 17+ model years? I upgraded my door, dome, and LP lights and love every single one. It was too bad they didn't make the TAT module for newer models.

Tail as turn modules on a 2020 with winjet tail lights works just like they did on a 2013. YMMV.

Interesting, I should check it out. I rather like the convenience of leaving my OEM taillights since they aren't really bad looking.

Well it turns out they don't fit 2017+ models.......

That's news to me. I pulled the turn as tail modules + winjet taillights out of my 2013 BRZ when I sold it and installed them on my 2020 BRZ. They work just like they did in the 2013.

I didn't check for compatibility before I put them in. That's why I said YMMV. It could be they only work with my winjet tails, not sure.

The tail as turn module does work for the 2017+ tails to relocate the turn signal to the brake light (curved bar at top and the circular LED's in the middle will flash when signalling.)



However, since these tails do not have a replacement bulb for the blinker, you will not have the extra reverse light functionality, and will leave the line leading to the reverse light untapped.
