EL Headers w/ Axle Back
 

Anyone got a sound clip of what equal length headers with an axle back sounds like?

I recently put the stock front pipe back on. But sounds nearly the same.

Is there a muffler that is on the quieter side when using uncatted headers?

No.

Do you think adding a round style muffler ( like a flow master Dbx or similar) in place of the stock resonator would lower the volume on some of these axle back systems? Do those round style mufflers do much at all ?

It depends. Noise can be subjective. Even though I have the TRD axelback, certain RPMs and throttle input makes it louder than my HKS was with a full exhaust set up. If you want it quiet, you'll need a pretty big muffler. And that means weight. The round, straight throughs are going to be louder generally.
