I need help with my air bags
My car was in an accident. I’ve replaced the air bags on the driver and the passenger side. I’ve also replaced the srs module. But I’m still getting codes for open circuit on driver and passenger side. Have any of you guys ran into these issues before?

in other vehicles, the wiring harness needs to be replaced because airbag deployment can burn out the wires.
|
I’ve replaced the wires in the clock spring already because they were burnt. Are you talking about the wires that lead from the srs module to the air bags?
|
did you replace the seatbelts?
they have detonators and require replacement as well. |
Yes I’ve replaced both seatbelts, and they’re operating normally. Someone in another forums mentioned checking the fuses under the hood for the srs module. I’m going to do that tomorrow. Does anyone know if there are any connectors I could check to see if I left them unplugged? I really didn’t want to pull the dash back out of the car.

I just checked the fuses, and they were good. Anymore ideas??

Time to check the wires with an ohm meter |
Any clue where I can find a pin layout on the module? It’s pretty easy on the airbag side but when you get to the module side I can’t tell which wires I would need to probe to check for resistance.

I believe wiring diagrams are buried here somewhere:
