I would suggest you start by reading posts in this section. You need to educate yourself at least a little bit before you know what questions to ask. There are many threads that have already gone over this subject.

Here, let me give you a start.
What are you trying to achieve? Looks, performance or some of both?
What sort of driving do you do? Yeah, you've said your car is a daily but that doesn't tell us much about the sort of driving you do.
I'm guessing you want new wheels for looks (and there's nothing wrong with that) but wheels can have a performance impact too (either positive or negative).
You've made no mention of budget. You've mentioned Teins but they vary in price from about $800 to $15k+. BC Racing also makes a range of coilovers. You need to pick a model of coilover that will fit your budget but keep in mind quality costs.
I would strongly suggest getting parts that have an Australian distributor.
The stock suspension is quite good as standard. Read this thread to find out what to avoid doing to make things worse. Yeah, that thread that is stickied at the top the suspension section

MCA are nice

I had the Street Performance on my 86, I also installed their traction mod.

Give them a call and chat about what you use your car for and they can hook you up.

Have a budget in mind and decide if you are looking to just cruise on the streets or are happy to compromise some comfort for performance.

I have MCAs also and am happy with them. I got the older XC (C back then was for comfort. There were also R for race and D for drift) ones as I daily my car so needed something that wasn’t tiring for my 45min commute but would still perform better than stock on weekends and for some low level Motorsport.

Stock coilovers are pretty good for DD

Check out the CSG Spec Flex A. They ride comfier than stock, but given you the cornering grip you want.
