LOOKING FOR ADVICE/HELP POOR SUBARU DEALERSHIP SERVICE

:fighting0040:I wondering if anyone is familiar with a similar issue. I Will try to sum this up short and sweet.

Background BRZ- 2013, valvespring replace a year ago, UEL Headers, invida exhaust, Skunk 2 rad, Cold air intake and Open flash tablet tune (which I love).

3 months ago car had a decent fuel leak which appeared to be coming from my injectors. I took it to subaru because who better to know the car but them...wrong very wrong. Its been 3 months now and they still have my car. It took 3 weeks to fix the leaks in the injector seals and apparently a leak in my high pressure fuel line. After all was done my car would not run properly it would barely start and it could not keep idle. For about 2 months i got constant phone calls from subaru saying its going to cost more and more as they trial and error the car. They put a new injector module in the car and same thing and after they put the injector module in another car it caused it not to work as well. They are now telling me I need to replace my ECU and my injector module with a bill of $4000. I told them that my ECU is fine and that I will reflash car back to stock. Once this was done my car started better but still runs very rough and barely starts my issue im having is when I dropped off the car which at the time was idling and running fine I told the dealership to not drive my car due to the fuel leak and it will need to be pushed into garage. On the technician report It says car was driven and found gas all over engine. This technician report also says then that the car was running and idling fine prior. My problem is if I took the car into the dealership and it was running fine and all i wanted was my leaks fixed but now the car is unable to run this points directly at the technicians and how they did their job and what they possibly couldve disrupted. Subaru does not feel this way and says the modifications caused everything including the car to run poorly after their technicians touched it. Please help with what ever advice to this problem on fixing my car or anything else?

This is just the tip of the iceberg, customer service has been horrific and their general manager wont answer any of my questions relative to my car other then fix it or not.

@Genosaurus I'm not sure where you are, but one option would be to contact the better business bureau. Google it. File a complaint. They will contact subaru, and asked to respond to you. If the business doesnt respond both you and the business will be contacted and they will work to close your case as fairly as can be...within 30 days.

Better business bureau? WTF. Stupid suggestion. Solves nothing. Might as well just write your complaint on the bathroom wall at your nearest gas station.

Pick your car up and tow it somewhere else. You’re gonna lose money in this, but at least make some progress on resolving the issues with a shop or dealer that wants to fix it. This is clearly not a priority for the dealer you went to.
