Questions about bolts on undercarriage and front bumper

Hello!

So I went under my car trying to find the source of a slight rattle when going over bumps on the road and discovered a few things.

1) I am missing two bolts highlighted in the attached photo. Does anyone know the size of these bolts so I can pick up from a hardware store? It looks like the same bolt missing on both sides

2) It looks like somehow the part of the bumper that attaches with a push clip in the front middle of the bumper has been sheared off. I have no clue how that could have happened. It's just gone. Is there anything I can do to fix that besides replacing the bumper?

3) It looks like the vent panel on my passenger side has also completely disappeared. Is this piece necessary? Does Toyota have a part number for this?

Idk about just the vent, but you can get the whole panel for $22.

Also I think those two bolts are the same as the ones that hold the seal on top of the bumper for the hood. Confirm one fits and take it to the hardware store. It's likely an 8x1. 25

Don't worry much on how you lost them, lets just get them replaced. My vehicle was also missing a few bolts and plastic "clips". Could be from services performed on vehicle, low clearance issues, etc. You can also find some generic plastic clip kits and not spend a fortune replacing some stuff.

These are the 2 silver bolts towards the back. (There's actually 3 even though you are only missing 2) Part# 57719PA040
This is the clip along the front. Part# 909140007
This is the complete black splash guard. Part# 57731CA091

@H_K Look up the individual part numbers to find your own best pricing. I just used that site since it had diagrams.

Actually, it's not the plastic push clips that's gone. I have plenty of replacements for that. It's the part of the bumper than the clip goes into that is gone!

See below pic. That's the center of my bumper, looking up from underneath. Clearly, I've scraped a couple times even though my car was lifted 1" lol

And using this screengrab as a reference, there should be a tab coming from the bumper here. That's just gone.
