Need feedback on Highlander
Considering a recent non-hybrid model Toyota Highlander (2017-2019). Need some tips and advices on what to look for, what's considered low miles, potential issues, or tell-tale signs to stay away, etc. I don't have much to tow - only a 400 lb motorcycle with a trailer.
Nothing urgent - I can wait until spring if needed. |
Uhmm..... no one here owns a Highlander?

It is a proper Toyota. 86K no issues.
I don't like brakes, pedal too soft, too long. For the rest, is a super blance SUV, good quality of material that perform the job without hesitation. Don't expect an sport feeling at all. I will buy it again. |

How intrusive are the electronic driving aids? How common are electrical gremlins? I have been hearing about the sensors going bad often. Sent from a potato |
Im gonna say....its like a Camry, but SUV shaped.
So 100% dependable. |
No electronics gremlins. Its Toyota, no fancy but dependable.
I have the feeling that the car with run for ever, that is what transmits. With almost 90k runs like the first day, with the goods and no so good things but like brand new. Car ages well. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk |
My sister has one. Don't think there was much in the way of driver aids.
Trash one tire and you have to buy a whole new set. It's 4x4. All problems apply. |
