Roof Rack

Hey squad,

Looking to add a roof rack to my 2015 FRS. Anybody know the best way to do this or what options I have. I’d like to add a SUP or snowboard to the roof. Anybody done this here that want to help?

Thanks!

Here's one. https://www.etrailer.com/roof-2015_Scion_FR-S.htm

But you need to rivet the base the the roof. (Drill holes).

The official response from a few mfr's is that this car isn't roof rack friendly and it's not recommended

I won't put one on my car but if you must try searching the net. I did a quick Google search and found this:

Welcome to our forum, there, pjbowers -

What the heck is a "SUP"?

Won't a snowboard fit inside if you lower the seat?

If not, I suggest you just let it stick out the back and tie the lid down on it.

OR

just take your other car or your friends car.

:D

I would recommend Seasucker, expensive but works on any car and doesn't require drilling holes.

SUP = Stand-Up Paddleboard

Personally, I'm going the inflatable route on a SUP to save space (condo living..) and prevent the need for roof racks.

SUP - sounds like fun.

Do they make them that I could put my walker on?

Interesting. I'm just curious if their suction cups are very reliable.

Hey, do you know if seasucker can be used to hold bikes or at least bike frames?

Anyone else know whether this is possible with seasucker or any other type of rack that can be used on the 86 to carry two bikes?
