HELP! Cranks but won't start P0102 P0113

Please help guys, I'm out of ideas.

So, bought a stage 2 built FA20 and turbo kit from a guy who fried all his ECU's because he didn't hook up his grounds correctly when he installed the engine. He lost his job and got hard up for money and sold it to me.

I have a 2015 FRS that I bought with a rod knock but the car still ran.

After swapping the engines, the car will crank but wont start.

It started with codes P0102 and P0113, now I also have codes P0123 and P0223.

So far what we have tried.

Swapped OEM MAF sensors from old engine to new engine
Checked all grounds including the one on the DI PCM
Swapped Throttle body
Checked for grounds in the wiring harness
Checked voltage for MAF wires

The codes come back on after being erased as soon as the key is turned on

Someone said it has to be a ground issues for the 5v reference wiring but I cannot find the problem. I've spent hours and hours and I cannot find a solution. Please help!

What about the wiring going to the MAF?

I've ohm-ed it and checked for voltage and all appears good. Someone mentioned they think I have a ground missing on the 5volt reference wiring but I cannot seem to find any missing grounds.
