Anybody remember the GRMN SPORTS FR Concept PLATINUM?
 

Saw this on Reddit, I have no recollection of it. Apparently shortly after the FR-S/BRZ was released, GRMN had a turbocharged, supercharged concept that looks remarkably like the current prototype of the 86 refresh.

Not a fan of those headlights.Other than that,it looks pretty cool,and having a FI option always seems like a good idea.

That is a 5 year old one of a kind concept show car and is not indicative of anything even remotely proposed for production.
This is the sort of shit that fuels the FI rumours!

Next gen is turbo, this confirms it. Also will have a MOTEC ECU from factory.

And be 1,000 pounds lighter and $6,000 cheaper!

Did you hear about the TUNER package? It comes with an exhaust the dumps into the passenger footwell so you get all the volume and catless stench you need, with optional antilag and an Eaton 18 speed!

Jesus, this thing will be a disappointment if it doesn't come with 80 treadwear tires that last 50,000 miles
