Weather Advisory on Entertainment Screen
 

I recently got a 2018 BRZ, and I guess is nice that I get notifications about inclement weather and what not, cool. But my car recently is still stuck on a storm we were supposed to have a week ago, warning me every 3-5 minutes that I have a "Severe Tropical Storm" incoming. The notification pops up without time and date and is just getting annoying. I know the easy fix would be a factory reset. But I want to prevent this from happening again or find a fix. Any ideas?

My 2018 had a recall on the head unit. It died completely before i had the service done. It was considered a safety recall because it renders the back up camera useless.

May be unrelated but could help to call and see if yours needs the update.
