Do these work on the FRS or only BRZ? How about 2013?

They do but you have to do some extra wiring. Search up brz headlights on an frs into youtube and there are guides that will show you how to.

Why would shipping suck? I’ve shipped tail lights from the East coast to west coast for <$15.

You’re not likely to sell them saying the buyer is responsible for arranging shipping. That doesn’t make any sense. Hell put them on eBay and share the link here, then you can use eBay’s USPS label. You never even have to walk into the post office. Just print the label, stick it on the box, and find the closest USPS drop off.
