Flex Fuel Kit Blue Tooth Won't Connet?

I have the old style DT flex fuel kit which I just installed for the first time and having trouble connecting to the bluetooth.. My iphone with bluetooth on doesn't find the FF KIT. The green light is blinking on the DBLOCK.

Any ideas? TIA.

what phone? can you try a different one? i've had issues with android that an iphone will connect to, and viceversa.

the 2020 iPhone SE

I suppose I could try a different phone just to see if it works but ideally would be able to connect to the phone I use.
