Hello everyone, it’s been awhile since i posted here. I’m having a problem so im hoping we can figure it out together. last night on the way home my CEL came on and i had my OFT with me so i scanned it, came to be P013a. deleted the code and came home. This morning when i started my car i thought something was off, even when driving it doesn’t pull like it used to, the car is a lot louder and feels mushy. I also had pop tune which doesn’t work anymore. anyone have any tips on what to do? i was thinking reflash the ECU.. let me know thanks!!

When you clear a code it also resets the all the learned fuel tables and other stuff so you just need to drive it a bit before it feels normal again

could it be just that? reason is after i clear the code (last night) the car ran perfectly fine. Another thing is i have an nameless EL long tube header setup and the power doesn’t come in till 3700rpm(def feels the pull after) and now there’s no power coming in anywhere.

Most likely what above said. Give it about 10 heat cycles / 100 miles to relearn everything.
That code is for faulty 02 sensor. Could just be a one time fluke. If it returns replace 02 sensor. Are your fuel trims good?

what should i look for when checking my fuel trim, on the OFT i can see St fuel trim and LT fuel trim percentages.

Combined values shouldn’t be over +/- 10% and individual values shouldn’t be over +/- 10% either.
IE 6% ltft +7% stft = 13% = bad
if ltft is say +7% and stft is -4% = +3% = fine (probably needs more time to sort out)
If ltft is +12% and stft is -7% = +5% but individual value is over 10% either something is off or possibly still sorting itself out especially if recent reset or recent fill up from different gas station.
If trims are consistently off, you may have a vacuum or exhaust leak, or based on that code the 02 sensor is going bad and might be giving bad readings.
If aftermarket intake could mean MAF needs scaling.

Just wondering but measuring the fuel trims, should i be reading the values when it’s on linear speed? or just look for values that goes over +/- 10% during normal drive, accelerating?

Fuel trims should almost always be in the window given above, whether you're maintaining speed or accelerating.

For a very quick brief moment like half a second or less fuel trims can swing pretty far on throttle engagement (after being fully closed) or throttle closing (after being open) otherwise in any other conditions/scenarios it shouldn’t be outside that window.

specially when the ignition timings were retarted i was seeing some high values. guessing the unburnt fuel was causing it to set higher value?
