Found some aluminum TRD badges that are the same size as the 86 ones.:burnrubber:

I think I prefer the 86 badge though.

I didn't like the 86 badge either, but replaced them instead with GT86 emblems.

I cut them openand put some aluminum mesh in them. You can feel and if you look just right can see heat escaping from the side.

do you have pics of the cuts on the backside of the fender trim? I have my BRZ fenders vented but I'm thinking of getting the 86 trim. I've been brainstorming how to cut them.

I can don't but I can try and get a picture of the engine side if tht will help. Once I got the garnish off and took off the backing I just traced were the opening was and took my dremel to the fender.

Were there holes in the fender when you took of the factory 86 badge?
