2012 Aussi Import Headlight Query

Leonard here, total rookie.

Picked up a beautiful Aussi import last week, just 40k kms on the clock. I'm based in UK.

Looked on a few UK forums but wanted to get the Australian perspective. The headlights are very basic, just 3 bulbs, not HIDs or LEDs. The DRLs are actually the front fog lights on this model as pictured.

How have you guys been fitting aftermarket headlights with 8pins connectors and different light set ups? I've seen a few adaptors around.

Have you been able to enjoy light strips along with the foggie DRLs simultaneously? That's the goal.
