C.A.R.B. certified Supercharger or Turbo Kit available for 2020 BRZ?
 

I was ready to pull the trigger on the CARB Certified Edelbrock Supercharger Kit for my 2020 BRZ, but I called Edelbrock Tech Support first and they informed me that the Edelbrock Supercharger Kit will not work with 2020 BRZ or 86 cars.

Does anyone know of a Supercharger or Turbo Kit for the 2020 BRZ/86 that is also CARB Certified?

It will work on the 2020, but ***nothing*** is currently CARB for 2020 models.

Unfortunately, we don't know of any kits currently on the market that are CARB exempt for the 2020 model year.

MY2020 BRZ's and 86's fall into a different vehicle emissions category - LEV (Low-Emission Vehicle) III, so it may take additional effort to obtain exemption for aftermarket parts.

Good thing you have 8 years to deal with smog. Can't help you if you get pulled over by police etc..
