Who ships to Hawaii?
 

I've been trying to find an inside driver side door handle for my car as mine broke and will no longer open the door. All the places I find on-line for some reason will not ship this small part to Hawaii...At worse it's a $8 USPS flat rate priority box but yet no one will ship it. Anyone know where I can order one at a reasonable price that will ship to Hawaii?

Are there dealerships there?
