2017+ BRZ REAR BUMPER - Same as 2012 to 2016 BRZ and FRS?
 

Can anyone confirm if the 2017+ BRZ REAR BUMPER same as 2012 to 2016 BRZ, FRS and 86 (Zenki)? All I found from the forum that the 2017+ 86 has a different line on the "diffuser" compared to the BRZ. However, I am unable to locate the information if the bumper shape for 2017+ BRZ is same as 2012 to 2016 BRZ, FRS and 86.

When I see this post, it says the 2017+ 86 has a different line and the zenki rear spat doesnt fit.

I want to order the Modellista rear spat, which one will it fit my 2017+ BRZ

Zenki 86 or Kouki 86 or neither?

Found some info on 86worx. Someone asked a question if the early model modellista spats (https://www.86worx.com/modellista-rear-spats.html) would fit 2017+ and 86worx responded with a link to the kouki specific spats: https://www.86worx.com/modellista-kouki-rear-spats.html

EDIT: Apparently not. On the kouki page I linked, someone asked if it fits the 2017+ BRZ and the answer was no...

Had no idea there was a difference either... guess it never came up because I was never interested in rear spats!

From what I could find, the BRZ has only one rear bumper cover part#57704CA011 shown to fit 2013-2020 models. The 86 however has part number SU00307876 for 2013-2016 (Scion FRS) and SU00306836 for 2017+ 86 models.

As far as I'm concerned, it's the same shape minus the diffuser. This is my 2013... It's got that same body line down the sides too.

IIRC 2017+ BRZ is still using the same rear bumper as 2012-2016 FRS/86/BRZ. Only the 2017+ 86 has a different bumper.

In summary, any rear addon for 2012-2016 brz, frs and 86 should fit my 2017+ BRZ.
