motiv or invidia front pipe

Hi All,

So I've finally gone around to changing the exhaust on the BRZ to an Invidia N2 Catback system and an FT86SpeedFactory Catted UEL with a Stage 2 OFT tune.

If anyone wants a listen: https://youtu.be/l7CkXQqrmng

I'm thinking about getting an overpipe but I'm torn between the Invidia Catted Front Pipe or Motiv High Flow Pipe

I haven't found anyone with a similar setup yet, wondering if anyone has done so yet

My vote

A good 2.5" Dual resonated front pipe.

It won't make you or your passengers get a drone headache after 20 minutes of cruising.

Will all other things being equal a dual resonated.

But, the different brands have different size and types of resonators, but most are perforated bullet as apposed to tube or louver.

Perforated or louver, perforated will flow a little better than a louver type of the same size, the louver works better at knocking down volume a bit as well as drone.

If you use a local exhaust shop you can mix and match a bit if needed.

If your volume is fine go 2 perforated to kill all drone, If it is to loud, go 2 louvered.

Or to knock down volume a little bit, 1 perforated and 1 louvered.
