my WMI failsafe is wired up to the CPC with a harness to trigger my failsafe map on or off.

you want CL fuel correction active already active from 2000, at least for turning time
it really is well made and works good, you enable it only in open loop (so put something like 0.78 engine load as activation threshold) and then you can treat it like a real time STFT during open loop
it helps and quicken things considerably, it will adjust the afr in every condition

cpc tables are oem, so yes, no need of racerom

Well what about turning on the vtec solenoid?

Where world has steve99 gone?

Steve99 is sleeping! Let him sleep, god damn it. He needs his rest to cope with all our stupid questions.

I dont think so, racerom hijacks the cpc output from ecu allowing you to directly contol it.

in standard ecu fimware the cpc is the charcoal canister purge. this is only trigged every so often, im not sure of the cycle, but the tables in stock ecu would not give you effective control to use the cpc to trigger something like VTEC on comnand

I’m not super technical with the tuning stuff. But i have a 0-5v analog input wired from failsafe trigger gauge to the cpc using a harness. When my failsafe is triggered it will send the signal to the cpc to change to my failsafe map (less timing, and more fuel) when it is not being triggered it will use my WMI map (more timing, and less fuel) If it can receive a signal and automatically adjust the tune then i am not sure why you couldn’t do what you are wanting to do. I have no idea how. But it seems possible.

I can run the vtec with racerom. I would like to also run the 3 other unused pwm cam channels I have.
I don't know if you know but I am running a k24 honda engine it only has one cam phaser.

ecutek raceom only allows control on the cpc as an output. It can have three inputs rear 02 , evap pressire and maf sensor if running speed density

I was just making wishes.

Well i made custom maps for vtec and it works to light a bulb but the cvc map is still using it. I zeroed the maps now. Testing.
