LS Swap

So I am planning on doing a 5.3 small block swap into my 2013 Scion FR-S. I am going to be using the Sikky kit for convenience. Sikky has a header setup but they don’t have a Y-pipe. I’m planning on doing a custom exhaust but the less I have to fab the better. CX racing has has a header and Y pipe, will their header/Y pipe setup work with the Sikky kit? I only ask because because Sikky advertises that their kit mounts the engine back further than other kits. You would think it wouldn’t be an issue as long as the Y-pipe clears, it’ll be a custom exhaust anyways so I don’t need to worry about aftermarket exhaust lining up. Does anyone have experience with this? If not can anyone give their opinion on whether I have the right thought process with this?
