Aircon blowing cold on one side

Hey Guys,

Hope all is well and everyone is safe as can be.

I have a issue with my 2013 Toyota GT86 RHD.

The aircon gradually started blowing cold only on the passenger side, until our not gotten to a point that the drivers side blows hot air now.

Any idea what could cause this??

Oh, I would suspect that one or more of the vent doors are not opening or closing.

Somewhere on this forum there is a diagram of that system, which may be helpful in figuring it out.

Sorry - I'm lazy and it's past my nap time - :sigh:

Would this be even though my car does not have “dual” aircOn?

Yep, I still suspect that it's something mechanical. Both sides should be blowing equal.

I remember studying this. It's the same box but the controls for both sides are ganged together.

So, maybe one of the controls "un-ganged" itself? - :iono:
