Bizarre blinker issue, no LED lights
 

Hey everyone, Ive searched the forums for this issue and found things kind of similar but not quite what Ive got here.

I recently purchased a crashed Frs (front driver side). The work needed was minor just a fender a headlight and a turn signal light. I got those and threw them all in and everything appeared to work but Im having an issue I need to solve with the blinkers. I have to brake and light inspection this thing otherwise I wouldnt be bothered by it.

So the passenger side is completely fine but the driver side front blinker wont blink when the drl or headlights are on it just stays on (as a drl). The rear light blinks but front lights wont. If neither Drl or headlights are on, the front light will flash.

Not sure if its related but passenger side flashes normally and driver side flashes quicker. I dont have led lights I have oem bulbs in there for now. Bulbs are brand new too. Any thoughts?
