Reverse Engineering ECU
 
For anyone who would like to help out and knows C and SH2A-FPU asm. Im working on a project and im asking for whatever help I can get.

I can barely program the tv remote. LOL
Help if I can. I have 4 PWMs outputs I'm not using so it would be great to use those. Would love to delete these Exhaust cam sensors also.
K24 ran with brz ecu.

I would use IDA except for the fact the the free version doesn't support this cpu architecture. So I would have to buy pro and that is a bill that is around $1000. I have found a 3rd party open source software called ghidra that can also decompile sh2a-fpu. It is defiantly not on the same level but the fact that it is free makes it very compelling.


That tool might help me map to memory locations easier because my plan was to just zero them out so i could focus on the code but if I could keep the tables and just label them it would make more since so thank you

..I don’t know why I want to do all of this even though there are currently xml files with all the identifiers for tables

For science! I know how to adjust the tables and numbers but I have no idea how they got to where I can make these adjustment. Wouldn't mind learning. For science.
