Replacement Door & Paint Matching
 

Hey Everyone,



My drivers door is dented badly and needs to be replaced. I have the ablaze red FR-S. If I replace the door with used door assembly of the same color will there be any noticeable color difference?

If you can find a local one that has been exposed to roughly the same weather/sun then there shouldn't be much of a difference. Also depends on how well the other was kept up of course.

Sweet thanks. Yeah I'll def look for within a few hours of my area. I'm assuming I could also do some polishing etc to help restore it a bit if needed.

Damn, I've got a red passenger door...

If there is no paint chiping off the door, I would try a good recommend Paintless Dent Repair shop.

If paint is chipped, disregard what I said.
