Two thumbs up for the service at JP-Carparts.com. I needed to replace the battery on my FR-S and decided to shave a few pounds by ordering OEM JDM parts for the group 151R battery tray, j-hook, and tie-down. These needed to be ordered from Japan so I ordered through JP-Carparts.

Impressed for a couple of reasons:

1. Lots of communication. They emailed me when they received my request for quote, had my estimate ready, when they had an estimated shipping timeframe, and when the order actually shipped.

2. Fast. I placed the order on Saturday. They communicated with me by email over the weekend, had the order shipped out on Tuesday, and I received it in my hands by Wednesday. From Japan. :eyebulge:

3. They individually packaged each part. The j-hook and tie-down were wrapped in foam and the battery tray was packaged with a cardboard backing that was cut to size.

It was a relatively inexpensive order, but the attention to detail and level of service provided was impressive. Will definitely use them if I need more JDM OEM parts in the future.

I just ordered by Gazoo 86 Front Lip side pieces from them last week. All has been good so far. I didn't even know they were on this forum.

I'm actually not sure if they're on the forum or not. I was just impressed with their professionalism on my order and wanted to post a vendor review in case others hadn't heard of them (I hadn't). :thumbsup:
