Welcome to our forum, Nidalas -

What do you mean by the "main bore housing"?

86mm is the cylinder bore and stroke, I'm looking for the main housing diameter specs it's for my machinist to perform an align hone.

I scraped this off the internet, you may wish to verify.

HOUSING BORE SPEC'S

2.8755"
73.037 mm

What is a housing bore?

Edit, or a bore housing?

I made some calculations using bearing thickness, crank journal diameter and oil clearance and it should be around:

#1-4
mm 73.001 - 73.097
in 2.8740 - 2.8778

#5
mm 72.997 - 73.093
in 2.8739 - 2.8777

Again, this is my own calculation as the was no mention of this in the service manual. I have a bare block in my shop I want to double check with but can't because of the quarantine. I'll circle back to this thread when I have the chance.

This image should have all the information you need to calculate the bore in the block for the crank and bearings.

The below image is from my 2013 manual, I'm not sure if it changed through the years or not.

A house (housing) bore is what mrs humfrz is calling me during this period of isolation.
