Can't use this site with GoogleChrome?

We are running maintenance and shall return in 15 minutes. - OLD Getting this message and I can only get in here using Windows Explorer? |

Cleared cookies and history, still not working?
Tried that 'ipconfig /dnsflush' thing too... Don't make me use Windows Expolorer! |
Restarted computer and it's working fine now in case it happens to anybody else.

Was happening to me yesterday.
Had friends who never come to this site try and they were getting site not secure. |
