Why not just relocate it to the top..the stock third brake light lowered or not is an eye sore.

Benefits? I don't have to look at child restraint attachments. It doesn't glare. I have 30% dark tint, and the material is not really shiny. It's actually 4way stretch vinyl that matches my leather. I also have moved the third brake light to the top of the rear window, which makes it more visible to taller vehicles.

Additionally, it makes me happy, which is all that matters!

Nah, I think the "bright sparks" at Toyota, Subaru and the Standards Agencies have got it wrong.. Our "modding" society have a better grasp of what goes where and how..
