Slight vibration/shaking on idle after fixing some leaks

Hello,

I recently fixed the leaks of the Cylinder head , camshaft housing and cap (driver side ) by removing the engine then dismantling the parts along with the timing cover and chain ,

We placed all the parts correctly even i have replaced the spark plugs , new engine/ transmission mounts with new ones,

However now there is a light vibration which is exactly the same to the typical cold start vibration but it doesn't go away even if the car gets warm,

There is no CEL or error codes and the car drives normally fine ( i have been driving for around 1500km) and RPM is stable on idle the car just shakes ,

I have doubled checked if everything was installed correctly like all sensors , timing chain, wiring, mounts and solenoids ect. Correctly but the issue is still there,

The is 2013 stock manual transmission
75,000 km

Please i need your support,

Thank you

That's a tough one. It maybe the new mounts are transferring more vibration to the car.
When I went to a cd009 a bolt on the transmission was touching the tunnel and you couldn't here yourself think driving, I took a pry bar to that area and all the noise went away.
