Dear all



I have removed my turbo kit form my FRS + Ecu +imo ecu



And I install it to my friend FRS

I remove both ecu because it has ecuTek tune .. :)
My call ID was
ZA1JB01C


And I run the turbo car with no issue..


Now my issue

I have install the second car ecu + imo ecu to my car .


Call ID at this ecu :
ZA1JB01G


I have only install Cold air intake
And OFT STAGE 1 TUNE

but the issue now

When RPM hits 4k I hear something like knoking at driver side

It's start around 3900k - 4100k

Then gone

Only happens while driving ..
At stop and revs all r good







Any idea
Or could be the tune issue

Can I use other CID ??

I'd check two things - if some exhaust bit starts rubbing somewhere due thermal expansion (thus harder to diagnose when stationary/cooled off except for already made contact marks). And also state of direct injector seals.

B01G doesn t exist, check better

anyway the Sound is normal with stage1 cam timing, it s just a resonance induced by the cam system
