It's actually one of the few JAF spec GT cars remaining. Even more cool that is that spec allows any OEM produced engines to be used from the manufactuer making them one of the few to not be running a generic racing engine. Yeah it isn't a full 86 but it is still 'closer' than the rest of the field-



Most of the GT field is Mother (MC) full carbon chassis which is a generic 'base car' than the a full fiberglass/carbon body is placed over.


A Mother chassis 86/MC86 that also ran in Super GT.
