I love to cook. Besides detailing my car this is my next most relaxing thing. Let's see some of your creations or even what you are ordering. Please, no McDonalds or Red Robin burgers and what not. I want to see good food!

Awesome. WTF is Rendang? Post up a picture when it's done. I can't wait to see all the different foods posted by all the members on the forum. Cookbooks blow, not enough pictures and usually to narrow on the cooking style. If we get good participation we should see everything under the sun in here. Anything we post should be up for approximate directions on how to prepare. I don't use measuring cups and spoons, all by instinct. And that is why I can't bake... shit will explode!

Rendang is a Malaysian curry, quite dry and oily. Lots of coconut (milk and shredded) + delicious spice blend. I am white as a French flag but love Asian food. My Asian mates call me the Egg ;) (white outside, yellow inside) |

That looks good. I'm a big fan of Almond Fried Chicken and that is right up there. I will definitely try that.
