Cruise control Issues
 

Guys I’m having issues...

So recently while driving cross country I noticed my cruise control was acting up. The issues I’m having are I used to get to whatever speed I wanted to set the cruise control at and press down, now most of the time it will flicker that it is set but won’t engage. Next issue I’m having is that say while in cruise I have to press the brake and then want to resume back at original speed, the cruise control just does its own thing and not go back to previous speed but usually what the speed I was driving at during braking. I have a 2013 auto BRZ.

Check brake light switch is working ie brake lights come on. Otjerwise its likely a problwm with cruise control stalk switches.
