Base map for turbo setup
Dear
Is there any Base map for turbo automatic FRS 2015? Knock off greddy turbo kit 10psi waste gate 4bar map sensor I have found SBD base map for manual transmission only Also do I have to replace PVC valve ? Thnx |
If you have an Openflash tablet, Shiv@openflash can help pretty quickly.
Generally though, I wouldn't get a base map with a turbo, I would go straight to a tuner and get it done all at once if you can. |

about the OP, for what i read also from his other posts.. maybe it s better really to go to a tuner maybe i m wrong and it s just a bad predujice from me he won t find a base turbo map for automatic with 4bar map and he already has a base turbo map for manual (and not 3bar map) in his hand, he just has to modify an automatic tune of his personal car or like Darkpira7e said... go to a tuner |

I'd rather prepare someone to be ready for their endeavor than have them underestimate the importance of their tune. Not trying to be a jerk @solidsnake11 :) I like having different points of view, as long as the discussion benefits the forum in some way.. I enjoy our banter! |

The nearest ecuTek tuner from my location around 300mil So with this setup it hard to drive with stock map Base map means something to start from Thnx to all of you |
remote e tune are as basically as good as dyno tune, and the first tune they send you acts as a base map

Delicious Tuning has an off the self tune for all FI applications, manual or auto. Its safe and they have put a lot of hours into perfecting it. Its defiantly not going to be your final tune but it is a good starting point. You have to invest in EcuTec but seeing as the closest one to you is 300+ miles away that should be a good investment. After that you can continue with their e-tune service. In addition to that, if you have a dyno close to you then a tuner can do a live remote tune, like Facebook video or Skype. Call or email and see if its something Delicious Tuning can help you with.

Does anyone have a base map for a turbo, ecutek or open resource configuration (I can copy the tables to Ecutek)

Scale injectors, Scale to a 2 bar or larger map. If your scales are correct then you can command your AFRs to 12.5 in boost or your preferred AFR. Raise load limit |
Do not change maf housing pipe, as you have Speed density available on ecutek
do not target 12.5 afr while on boost, it s leanish almost even for NA Target around 11.8 on full boost, also the original lambda scaling has to be rescaled, preferabily by something who Did the scaling with a widebabd afr sensor on hands |

Why does subura use a maf when speed density is better? |

Nobody really Said Speed density is better.
i just Said is not necessary to change maf when you have Speed density available, and it works good at high rpm with boost Remove the maf and the car will drive anyway Subaru has a speed density strayegy for emergency You surely can t reach a smooth driving and pass emission using speed density, but it has advantages |
