Looking for some advice on fine tuning on OFT

I've noticed that from the Open flash tablet site the most recent OTS tune files are a bit different than i expected. For example wasn't there 2 separate Stage 2 tunes for EL and UEL? Im in the process of installing nameless EL longtube headers rn, had some issues with fitment so sitting on jack stands. Other mods overpipe, catless frontpipe, top speed pro 1 axle back, drop in aftermarket filter. Question is because the header design is longtube, wouldn't there be any different ecu inputs on various things for my set up and from lets say running an UEL headers? if so could i make any changes on romraider or any other methods?

Ues you could likey use some differnt cam timing more suited to your el long tube header, oft tunes based on uel openflash header
