Besides someone must eat them (or at least buy them) otherwise they wouldn't still make them. |

The "MD" in MD 20/20 stands for Mogen David. It's kosher wine made out of Concord grape juice concentrate fortified with brandy, originally created to be served at Passover seder. Because it was a cheap way to get drunk, it quickly turned into what crackheads used before crack was actually a thing. If you're drinking Mogen David, it's because you need to get fucked up on no money but haven't yet fallen to the point of drinking rubbing alcohol. I'd be surprised to find any Jews who still actually use it at Passover.
Because it was frequently seen in the hands of raging alcoholics and belligerent winos who had lost their minds, "MD" became "Mad Dog." Cheap crap like MD 20/20 and Thunderbird got a reputation for making people crazy. |
What's the word?

I got pranked at our holiday party yesterday. They told the staff it was my birthday so they came out singing, put a sombrero on me, and gave me a shot.

I prefer the darker ones but still enjoy a light one. Cheap, expensive, canned, wrapped, I don't care I like them all. The great part is you can get even the good ones for dirt cheap after Christmas and they last all year. Break that puppy out for a gathering in July or August and stand back and watch the reactions. |
