During my last session I had 2 issues with engine hesitation, both in the same place, at the top of 4th gear. It felt like the engine had died....no power at all. At first I thought it felt like a dropped valve and the engine was toast. No CEL. After a few seconds, the car picked back up again and felt totally normal. Is this likely a coil pack issue (see video below)?

No CEL leads me to think this might be a fuel starve issue.

Only issue I have ever had with ignition is a CEL P035X "Coil circuit malfunction". The car didn't act any different. Just threw the code.

Hmm interesting. I has considered fuel starve as well (was down to around 1/4 tank) but strange that it would happen at the end of a long straight section.

You can get a coil issue and have mis-fires but not enough to trigger Cell. My guess its signs that one of your coils are going. I always have triggered the failure at the top of 4 bouncing redline cause no point in shifting. Button Willow long straight before sunset on 13CW
