Amuse Powerhouse exhaust
Has anyone heard anything new about this exhaust? Dyno runs?

i would like more info as well. i forgot about this!
|
There were some dyno numbers in one of the videos but they were in flywheel HP, not WHP. I believe something like 21HP. The gains were with their catback and cat replacement pipe, I don't think there were any numbers with just the catback.
Both parts together are almost $4K... |
Looks amazing. I'll probably get this one. Unless they make a single exit Titanium cannon. I would also like to find out more about this exhaust system. Like how loud is it really? Does it drone..bla bla
|
I love the sound, but I really want to see the performance gains of a full header to exhaust system from Amuse.
|
These look and sound amazing, but the price tag makes me cringe a bit. Although I suppose it is cheap compared to a Nismo Exhaust for the GT-R at nearly $27K LOL.
Thanks, Rick |
If we really get over 20+ whp gain...it's something I would seriously consider.

Yeah, I'm pretty skeptical as to if that power gain was from the exhaust alone. Which is why I'm anxious to see a video of a dedicated dyno run for this exhaust.
|
check BPAuto for pricing... I saw it in their exhaust catalog thread
|
Here is pricing on Bulletproof Automotive's site:

So aside from this exhaust, what's the next highest power gains seen from other exhausts?
|
Quote:
But yes, it's astronomically expensive as is the case with anything made by Amuse since it's all made to order (I believe). The Greddy EVO3 looks like it makes pretty decent gains, but pricing isn't available yet. |

The Fujitsubo single-exit Ti exhaust is just as much. The HP seen in the videos for the exhaust are not WHP, they are flywheel HP, and it is with the cat delete pipe. So it's about the same gains as any other catback+cat delete out there. |

Sorry off topic but I'm also keen to find out more about the 86 Amuse coilovers as well. And there is a second exhaust without a picture. I'm assuming that it's a Ti cannon straight through. Would be good to find out more information.

I would LOVE to get their single exit catback or maybe the Fujitsubo one, but man the pricing is just too damn much.

Quality: High end JDM exhaust systems are all made to order and also are custom tailored to the customer’s needs. Amuse also has the capabilities for custom increased piping diameter. These are not streamlined manufactured stainless steel exhaust system like most of the popular brands you typically see. Each system is made to order with the highest quality titanium available in Japan (specifically SSTI) to ensure the end user has not just an end product, but a masterpiece that sets the bar for all in the industry. Very few companies have access to this high end titanium, in fact the only other significant company that has access is Nismo. Amuse is also one of the only legitimate companies to offer real Ti burnt tips and Burn ring technology vs brands that buy "Titanium Tips" and add them to stainless steel systems or have Titanium mufflers meanwhile the rest of the system is stainless steel. Furthermore, Amuse also burn treats the body of the full titanium exhaust system. In short, it draws the line between exhaust systems that may have been designed in USA or Japan but manufactured and mass produced in China. There are individuals, show builders, and race teams that prefer to only have the highest quality and rare products from premier notable companies because there is no comparison. Price: There is no denying the cost of Titanium let alone SSTI is not cheap, thus why stainless steel exhaust systems are the cheapest and widely available on the market. As far YEN vs USD rates. YEN price's do not take into account the US Dollar conversion rates, shipping into the United States, or Customs/Duties related fees. A courtesy we offer to our customers, we happily offer to sell all JDM products in YEN Retail Price shipped to a Japanese address as we do hold bank accounts in Japan. We are the Authorized Distributor for Powerhouse Amuse along with many other JDM Brands in the United States, we can confidently say we offer the best pricing on the Amuse product line and more. Bulletproof Automotive also offers price matching on all JDM and USDM product lines. |

Do you sell the Auto Factory exhaust? |
I'm assuming those are Bilstein coilovers that are Amuse spec. Hopefully this mean a cheaper, standard version will come out soon
I've always wanted an Amuse exhaust but I never got one. I've been through other high end exhaust (ASM, Fujitsubo, etc) but never had the chance to have an Amuse yet |

Auto-Factory has 1 system currently in stock designated for us. So there would be no manufacturing delay. |

or show a thread about it? Thanks. |

Also....more sound clips! |

I just hope they make a single exhaust that will be cheaper. |
Just waiting for a video now so I can hear that sweet sweet sound haha.

Amuse have always claimed ridiculous power figures for their exhaust systems. I'm guessing it's their justification for ridiculous prices.
|
I believe their claimed increase is with a test pipe installed as well, not just the catback on it's own. Doesn't seem as ridiculous with a test pipe. Still ends up being over $4000 with a test pipe and catback though. As awesome as it might look and sound there is no way I could justify that. Would love to see someone else justify it and post videos though. :D
|
Their numbers are not WHP they are flywheel HP.
|
Does it sound loud?what will be the dp rate?
|
Supercharger/Turbo vs $4000 exhaust....
Lets ponder this one for a bit. |
I'm pretty sure those numbers are:
1. Flywheel hp 2. Exhaust and test pipe 3. with a amuse reflash tune Had this model exhaust on my S2000 and loved it. Is bullet Proof keeping one in stock or are they all going to be made to order with usual normal Amuse wait times? |
