Transmission 2nd gear grind
 

I’ve read a bunch of posts about the MT in this car and how they are finicky. My car has 40k mi and I changed the fluid out for motul gear 300 in April. I feel it’s slightly better but still won’t shift into 2nd when cold. Once the car warms up 2nd is better but now it grinds when engaged. Is there an actual issue with my transmission that I should have the dealer look at? It’s a 2013 and I do have a extended warranty that’s good until 90k or 5years and I bought the car over a year ago. I know this topic has been beat to death just wondering from experience if I should just have it looked at.
